Here is what colleagues have said about their experience

“I have realized that the work we do in our health facility is important to making a global impact. Joining the Movement has inspired me to tackle new challenges.”

“I got real insights on how to face and manage the challenges I have as a healthcare professional.”

“Before joining I thought it's only in my country of Nigeria that community linkage and ownership remains a challenge. I now realize most of the countries battle the same issues. However, joining the Movement helps build my confidence and capacity to confront the challenges and help reach the last person with due antigen, especially people hard to reach and under served.”

“Hearing the voices of health professionals with varying backgrounds gives me a kind of joy and confidence that I am actually at the right place. I look forward to learning from my colleagues around the globe. The experience sharing sessions are so motivating for me.”

“Participation changed the way I look at things. When you share challenges, there are people out there willing to assist you to overcome these challenges”

“We have learned that motivation is the fuel you need to achieve your goals. What has changed is knowing that other colleagues can share their experiences with us.”

“My ‘Eureka moment’ was when the presenter emphasized that many outbreaks are happening throughout the globe and it is the people in the room who can steer things in a better direction. This gave me motivation and confidence that by unifying on a platform and by discussing the challenges, we can reach a solution.”
